Calling all Creative writers! We have found two opportunities to promote our writing and generate a little money (note the word little)
http://gzyn.com Triond
We haven't earned buckets like they claim- Annette's GZYN adsense account has earned @ $40. in 3 months and Triond is at 14 cents.
But it's more than I had before so I can't complain.
This is how they work:
They are each free to join. Authors retain all copyrights to publish simultaneously with hard copy sources. Articles can't be simultaneously published on other web sites. But links to articles can be placed all over the web. This increases traffic to your work- and hopefully ups ad clicks. On both sites you are expressly PROHIBITED from referring readers to click on ads that surround your writings. The reader is supposed to naturally check out the ads- if they find them of interest.
With GZYN authors are forbidden to click on adds around their own articles. TRIOND does not mention this restriction in their policy.
All writings must be your original work. GZYN will accept previously published material-(if it's already on the web-it has to be taken off and moved to gzyn). TRIOND does not accept previously published material in any form. It can be published on TRIOND first and then submitted to non-web sources at authors discretion.
TRIOND: Create a piece of writing, submit for publication. If they approve it, TRIOND posts it on a website where it "fits". Hence, Bucky Bear is on authspot.com and "Dolphins" is on sciencary.com. GZYN articles post immediately on their own site. If there is a problem with content, the webmaster puts it back in draft form and sends you a "warning" e-mail to fix it.
What we like about both sites is they give our work exposure that we could not generate ourselves. Readers' feed back help us determine what has potential to be further published. And Hey! there's always a chance an editor will see it and offer us a writing contract. Why not think positive!
Below are 4 samples of postings. We have many more on GZYN- I don't have time to list all of them tonight. Have fun checking them out!
Have fun, happy reading,
and email your favorite articles to your friends.
